Monday!!!

Monday was fun.

It wasn’t actually fun – it only happened because I couldn’t be asked to take some paracetamol/tranexamic acid in the morning, or to school. I was already miserably biting my Eve’s for the first two lessons of the day, but Break was when I made my fatal mistake: eating a double chocolate cookie. It tasted good… until I remembered, my mum said chocolate was not great for cramps, maybe even… 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓸𝓹𝓹𝓸𝓼𝓲𝓽𝓮…
Cut to me at my school’s reception, asking one of the receptionists for paracetamol.

She asks me, What’s it for?

I reply, I’m [biting my Eve’s].

She asks me, Are you feeling faint?

I say, Yes.
Cut to me in the the school medical room.

I was curled up on the beige medical bed, two gauze covered pillows near my feet, grasping a KOOL-PAK hot pack. Shivering, shuddering, hyperventilating, wondering if I’d survive to change my pad. I tried to do so, by the way. They wouldn’t let me. I looked THAT pained.

After that fiasco, it was decided I needed some emotional support for one of my worst Eve’s cramps ever. Multiple pastoral support/SEND people were gathered around the bed. They said it was like a party. It looked a bit like I was on my deathbed. One of them convinced me to go home.

Anyroad. I ended up sleeping there, even in the bright, uncomfortable room. I may or may not have dreamed. If I did, I don’t remember it, which is unfortunate. However, I think the lack of a dream added to that nap’s allure. I woke up when my mum came. We went on a charity shop walk, where I found Embroideries by Marjane Satrapi. Didn't buy it though – I'm a bit too young for that type of book. Then we went home. Then I saw my new cousin!!! X)

Sorry for the lack of a February issue. 2 issues this month, though.

Back to the bench?
